Venice Island Historic District
Sitting in the historic district of the City of Venice, this home had strict visual guidelines. Maintaining existing landscaping features throughout the construction process were the key to the end result of this home's curb appeal.
Simple with a twist
This was a smaller home with low maintenance in mind. Situated on the Island of Venice this client wanted to keep with an Italian country theme. Unique features include stone accents and a pergola entryway at the exterior, and a kitchen with no upper cabinets, built-in breakfast booth, and dining room with a wood and tile combination floor accented by a stone finished wall.
