Sitting on a barrier island with both bay and gulf views this home was dramatically enhanced with added space at all three levels of the home including an office, guest suites, covered patio with outdoor kitchen, elevated pool and deck, pool cabana, and complete renovation to the existing interior as well.
Manasota Dream
Sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico the existing appearance just didn't quite fit the setting. Now not only does the exterior give a great beach feel but the interior has been opened up including the addition of new patio door openings to focus views from anywhere in the home to the water.

Classic Beachfront Update
Interior and Exterior Update of a beachfront home with guest house. Some interior ceilings were raised from 8' flat ceilings to 12' tall vaulted ceilings. Apart from additional framing changes the entire interior and exterior were updated with finishes that will stand the test of time and the harshness of waterfront salt air.
